Divinio (your daily horoscope, monthly forecast, and every tarot, I Ching, numerology, angel number, compatibility, or other reading on the platform) is built for entertainment, reflection, and spiritual exploration only. Nothing on Divinio is medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, professional, or emergency advice. Please don't use Divinio to make high-stakes decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or safety.

Palm and aura readings will carry the same entertainment-only limits as every other reading, plus the additional safeguards described under "Image-based readings" below.

No guarantees

Every reading on Divinio, astrological or otherwise, is a symbolic framework for reflection, not a prediction engine. We don't guarantee that any reading will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your real situation, and nothing on Divinio promises certainty about future events. Treat every reading as one lens for thinking something through, not as an answer.

What Divinio does not provide

• Medical diagnosis, health predictions, fertility predictions, or lifespan/death predictions
• Mental health diagnosis or treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Guaranteed relationship outcomes, or instructions to leave or stay in a relationship
• Claims that a person is dangerous, abusive, cheating, cursed, destined, or doomed, or guaranteed to act a certain way
• Biometric identity claims or inferences about protected traits (e.g. race, religion, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation)
• Crisis counseling or emergency support

Image-based readings

Palm readings and aura-style photo readings are coming to Divinio and will be entertainment-only, exactly like every other reading on the platform. When they launch, uploaded photos will never be used for biometric identification, identity verification, or inference about protected traits, and these readings will never make medical, health, lifespan, fertility, or death claims, or attempt any mental health diagnosis.

Purchases, subscriptions & cancellation

Divinio's subscription covers the ongoing astrology product: your daily horoscope, monthly forecast, and seasonal astrology specials. À la carte readings are separate, one-time purchases; you don't need a subscription to buy them. There are no credits, tokens, or hidden unit conversions anywhere on Divinio; every price is a plain dollar amount.

All payments are processed by Stripe; Divinio never stores your card details directly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard through the billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't automatically refund charges already processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] and we'll look into it.

When your reading arrives

Divinio's readings are prepared thoughtfully, not generated instantly on demand. Your daily horoscope is prepared on a scheduled rhythm and delivered each morning; your first personalized horoscope after subscribing typically arrives within a few hours of your trial or subscription starting, not the instant you sign up. À la carte readings are also prepared and delivered after a short delay rather than instantly, so each one gets a considered pass rather than a rushed, on-demand response.

Your data & privacy

To generate and deliver your readings, Divinio stores:

• Your email address and display name
• Your birth date, time, and location, used to calculate your natal chart
• Your natal chart data
• Your subscription and payment status, provided by Stripe
• Your reading history
• Uploaded photos, once palm and aura readings launch, used only to generate that specific reading
• Your email notification preferences
• Records of the emails we send you, so we can confirm delivery and troubleshoot problems
• Basic logs of which AI and data providers were used to generate a given reading, for quality and cost tracking

We do not sell your data. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; Divinio never sees or stores your full card number. Generating a reading requires sending relevant details (like your birth data or a reading question) to the astrology-data and AI providers that power Divinio's readings; please don't include emergency, medical, legal, or other highly sensitive information in anything you submit to Divinio, since it isn't reviewed by a professional and isn't held to the confidentiality standards of one.

How readings are generated

Divinio combines structured astrological and divination data from third-party providers with AI systems to write each reading, based on the birth information, chart data, or question you provide. No reading is written by a human astrologer or reader. Treat every output as a starting point for your own reflection, not a professional judgment.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for the decisions and actions you take in your own life. For anything medical, legal, financial, or related to your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional, and if you're ever in crisis or in danger, contact emergency services or a crisis line (like 988) instead of Divinio.
